If we finished last year well, let go of things which did not fulfill us, we drew conclusions \u2013 it&#8217;s a time for action again and fighting for our dreams.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">We come into 2018 with the new energy. We are stronger, smarter and more experienced. With new goals? However we are not enthusiastic in writing new goals in the New Year, the moment between old and new year pushes us into the deeper reflexion of our life. That period of the time touches everybody in some way. We end the next chapter of our life. We are one year older. We notice where we are in life time and where we want to be in the future. What life we dream about? So what is with the New Year&#8217;s resolution? Set the goals or not? Of course, set the goals! The truth is we do not need the New Year to create the list of goals, but I think maybe it is worth it to use the New Year&#8217;s energy to change our previous habits. Anyway we like to start everything from Monday, from the first day of the month&#8230; we like order in our life. Personally I am a big fan of the New Year&#8217;s resolutions. I really like this time when I am buying a new calendar, new notes or creating new vision boards. I feel like the New Year&#8217;s Eve brings me new oportunities to be better, smarter, stronger. It lets go of things which were not good for me. It let me cut out all of the negative memories, but also do not forget about lessons they brought. I draw conclusions and move on.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>\u201eYou can not be like a lead soldier, you should be like a roly-poly toy\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Remember, when you fall down you gain more experience, grow up, learn; you become wiser and stronger. Therefore it is not about never falling down, it is about getting up quickly and efficiently; and moving on with that knowledge. Quoting the German classics Fryderyk Nietzsche \u201eWhat doesn&#8217;t kill you, makes you stronger\u201d. The psychological approach to that problem is a little different. People characterize themselves with typical features of personality, which are helpful in difficult life situations. Although psychologists focused more on the \u201ehardness\u201d concept in the past, now more popular is the idea of \u201eresilience\u201d which means the ability to overcome the difficulties of life and the flexibility to adapt to hard life situations. That concept is very trendy among psychologists, but it is hard to translate into Polish language. The most adequate word is \u201erezyliencja\u201d i.e. bouncing off the bottom. In the beginning that concept was using only for the people with trauma. Nowadays the concept is also used for areas related to personal and professional development.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>It is good when it is not good<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Balance is the most important thing in life. Following this statement psychology tells us it is good when we could experience both successes and failures. Experiences like that make people stronger. People who have not had many oportinities to experience disappointments are less mentally resistant when the failures appear. Unfortunately hard situations will appear sooner or later. On the other side people who experience a lot of disappointments could stuck in the vicious circle and become passive people. They could stop fighting for the better future. The psychological research shows that people who experience similar amounts of failures and successes function the best in everyday life. We can see that we have the will power and only we can decide how our life will be look like in the future. Only people who set their goals clearly and know what they want from life could achieve it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>To make or not to make New Year&#8217;s resolutions?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Of course, make them! Writing, telling, sharing your resolutions with other people. If we note something, it gets through into our unconcious deeper. Sharing our plans with other people maintain our involvment to consistently accomplish goals. Otherwise when we told about our plans, we are more involved in them and rarely give up. Like Alice in Wonderland every year I create the list of six main goals for the next year. I write them on the first page in my calendar and I always have it handy. I am not able to work on each goal every day. But I try to do my best and even if I forget about one of them my unconcious seek to realize them. What is a surprise and also a huge satisfaction is when I can check off all my goals at the end of the year. Alice said \u201eSometimes I believe in as many as six impossible things before breakfast\u201d, but when we set the goals they should be possible to achieve. Jest to klimat, kt\u00f3ry w pewnej cz\u0119\u015bci udziela si\u0119 wszystkim. Ko\u0144czymy jaki\u015b etap w naszym \u017cyciu. Jeste\u015bmy o rok starsi. Przygl\u0105damy si\u0119 w jakim miejscu si\u0119 znajdujemy i gdzie chcieliby\u015bmy si\u0119 znale\u017a\u0107 w przysz\u0142o\u015bci. O jakim \u017cyciu marzymy? To jak w ko\u0144cu jest z tymi postanowieniami noworocznymi? Robi\u0107 czy nie? Jak najbardziej robi\u0107. Prawd\u0105 jest, \u017ce nie potrzebujemy nowego roku, \u017ceby zrobi\u0107 list\u0119 swoich cel\u00f3w. Mo\u017ce jednak warto wykorzysta\u0107 energi\u0119 nowego roku do zmiany swoich dotychczasowych przyzwyczaje\u0144. Przecie\u017c tak lubimy zaczyna\u0107 wszystko od poniedzia\u0142ku, od pierwszego dnia ka\u017cdego miesi\u0105ca&#8230; lubimy porz\u0105dek w naszym \u017cyciu. Osobi\u015bcie jestem wielk\u0105 fank\u0105 noworocznych postanowie\u0144. Uwielbiam ten czas, w kt\u00f3rym zak\u0142adam nowe kalendarze, notatniki czy tablice motywacyjne. Czuj\u0119 wtedy, \u017ce nowy rok przynosi mi nowe mo\u017cliwo\u015bci. Do bycia lepsz\u0105, m\u0105drzejsz\u0105, silniejsz\u0105. Pozwala pozamyka\u0107 pewne trudne etapy w \u017cyciu, kt\u00f3re mi nie s\u0142u\u017c\u0105. Pozwala odci\u0105\u0107 si\u0119 od negatywnych wspomnie\u0144, ale przy tym nie zapomnie\u0107 o lekcji, kt\u00f3r\u0105 ze sob\u0105 przynios\u0142y. Ludzie charakteryzuj\u0105 si\u0119 pewnymi cechami charakteru, kt\u00f3re pomagaj\u0105 im w radzeniu sobie w trudnych sytuacjach. O ile w przesz\u0142o\u015bci bardziej skupiano si\u0119 na poj\u0119ciu \u201ehardness\u201d &#8211; twardo\u015b\u0107, o tyle wsp\u00f3\u0142cze\u015bnie znaczenia nabra\u0142a idea \u201eresilence\u201d, kt\u00f3re w j\u0119zyku angielskim oznacza zdolno\u015b\u0107 do pokonywania trudno\u015bci losu oraz elastyczno\u015b\u0107 w dostosowywaniu si\u0119 do trudnych warunk\u00f3w \u017cyciowych. Poj\u0119cia bardzo modnego w\u015br\u00f3d psycholog\u00f3w, aczkolwiek trudnego do przet\u0142umaczenia na j\u0119zyk polski. Koncepcja ta pocz\u0105tkowo by\u0142a stosowana wobec os\u00f3b dotkni\u0119tych traum\u0105. Obecnie owe podej\u015bcie stosuje si\u0119 tak\u017ce w obszarach dotycz\u0105cych rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Dobrze gdy niedobrze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">W \u017cyciu najwa\u017cniejsza jest r\u00f3wnowaga. Id\u0105c za tym stwierdzeniem psychologia m\u00f3wi, \u017ce dobrze jest, gdy do\u015bwiadczamy zar\u00f3wno sukces\u00f3w jak i pora\u017cek. Takie do\u015bwiadczenia czyni\u0105 ludzi silniejszymi. Osoby, kt\u00f3re nie mia\u0142y okazji do\u015bwiadczy\u0107 pora\u017cek s\u0105 mniej odporne psychicznie w momencie ich pojawienia, a trudne sytuacje na pewno wcze\u015bniej czy p\u00f3\u017aniej si\u0119 pojawi\u0105. Z drugiej jednak strony osoby, kt\u00f3re do\u015bwiadczaj\u0105 pasma pora\u017cek mog\u0105 utkn\u0105\u0107 w tym b\u0142\u0119dnym kole i sta\u0107 si\u0119 osobami biernymi, kt\u00f3re ju\u017c nie walcz\u0105, aby by\u0142o lepiej. Badania psychologiczne pokaza\u0142y, \u017ce najlepiej w \u017cyciu radz\u0105 sobie osoby, kt\u00f3re dozna\u0142y pewn\u0105 ilo\u015b\u0107 sytuacji trudnych przeplatanych sukcesami. Wtedy widzimy, \u017ce mamy moc sprawcz\u0105 i to my decydujemy o tym jak nasze \u017cycie b\u0119dzie wygl\u0105da\u0142o w przysz\u0142o\u015bci. Tylko osoby, kt\u00f3re maj\u0105 jasno sformu\u0142owane cele i wiedz\u0105 do czego d\u0105\u017c\u0105 osi\u0105gaj\u0105 szczyty.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Pisa\u0107 czy nie pisa\u0107 noworoczne postanowienia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Oczywi\u015bcie, \u017ce pisa\u0107!
