Particularly runners appreciated its advantages, for them it&#8217;s a great source of energy without carbohydrates being provided for the body. However, not only runners drink Bulletproof coffee but also other active people do. Especially when they want to work out early in the morning and they haven&#8217;t got time for breakfast.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Bulletproof coffee isn&#8217;t a new thing, but until today I hadn&#8217;t had opportunity to try it. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Coffee with butter? Also with spoonful of oil?<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> It doesn&#8217;t sound tasty. Besides, in the morning I like to provide to my body nutritious breakfast rich in vitamins. So today I dared to do this. Saturday was going to be spent actively, so I added Bulletproof coffee (which was prepared in&#8230; blender \ud83d\ude42 to my breakfast. I made this kind of coffee for the first time, that&#8217;s why I added a little less butter than in the original recipe \u2013 I didn&#8217;t want to be discouraged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">I was positively surprised. I didn&#8217;t expect that coffee would appeal to me so much. I expected that coffee won&#8217;t be tasty, but it&#8217;s a nice creamy alternative to regular coffee. I usually drink black coffee without sugar or milk. I think that Bulletproof coffee could be a nice option for people who can&#8217;t do without milk in their coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Bulletproof coffee is the invention of Dave Asprey. He got the idea for that kind of coffee on a trip to Tibet in 2011. He noticed that native Tibetans drink yak butter tea. It helps them to keep their energy up in the cold mountain altitudes. Dave decided to replace tea with coffee and that&#8217;s how he created his version of Bulletproof coffee. What are the advantages of this kind of coffee? First, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>it decreases appetite and gives you a big energy boost<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. Research shows that we can reduce appetite when we limit the intake of carbohydrates and increase the supply of fat. If we drink this coffee in the morning instead of breakfast, we decrease the amount of calories per day. You should remember about it when you compose your other meals \u2013 they should be lower in fat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">But I don&#8217;t think that Bulletproof coffee is a golden mean. Although the coffee is tasty and lifts your energy level up I don&#8217;t suppose it&#8217;s a good idea for every day diet. As we know everything is harmful in excess. So we shouldn&#8217;t use this coffee as long-term component of our morning meal. As I wrote at the start, in healthy lifestyle it is very important to supply your body with valuable nutrients, and Bulletproof coffee instead of breakfast doesn&#8217;t provide them. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>This could generate plenty of energy by elevating ketone levels in the blood, which then turn into fuel for the brain<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">. Grass-fed butter contains some fat-soluble vitamins (A and K2), but MCT oil is 100% empty calories. Bulletproof coffee supplies about 440 calories which are low in essential nutrients, so highly nutritious breakfast is a far better option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Another thing is saturated fats.
