What affects one, affects the other. It\u2019s important to take care of both your physical and mental health for optimal well-being. September is \u201eSelf-awareness month\u201d. Self-awareness is vital for mental health and wellbeing, for when we know, truly know, who we are, we can shape our life. It means that we all have a whole month devoted to ourselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I assume that most of you are into a physical activity and I don\u2019t need to convince you to exercise. What I want to highlight in September is a mental awareness. The \u201e30 day Fitness &#038; Mental Challenge\u201d is aimed to combine physical and mental aspects of health-related quality of life. The 30-day challenge consists two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Physical exercises &#8211; different plank types (every week involves 6 active days and 1 rest day &#8211; Sunday)<\/li><li>Mental tasks &#8211; every day presents a different mental task (30 days)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you need?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desire to join the challenge!&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Does the challenge sound interesting for you? Do you want to join it in September? Let\u2019s do it together! The involvement probably is stronger when we will do it together! Monthly Printable Calendar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the mental tasks require to take a note of your answers. You can prepare your own training booklet or download a FREE Printable PDF Calendar \u201eSeptember 2020\u201d &#8211; pdf file to download below. I want to encourage you to create a training diary and write-down your results, thoughts, emotional states etc. A training diary is one of the best tools you can use if your goals are to improve.
